Hoffman Auto Group was proud to sponsor Hartford’s Camp Courant Buddy Bash on September 16, 2016. Hoffman has been a long time supporter of Camp Courant. Hartford’s Camp Courant is currently the oldest and largest free summer day program in the nation. Camp Courant is the only summer camp serving Hartford youth that provides transportation, preventive and acute health services, two nutritious meals a day, and more all at no cost to the camper or his or her family. We believe in their mission to provide free education, recreational, and developmental summer camp activities to Hartford children, particularly those that come from low income households.

Buddy Bash celebrated the culmination of Camp Courant’s 122nd season! The theme was Surf’s Up in honor of the brand new $850k pool that was installed this year for campers of all abilities to enjoy. The event was co-chaired by Susan Lane, Director of Public Relations and Community Engagement at Hoffman Auto Group, and Karen Perham-Lippman, Manager of Community Investment at Comcast Western New England Region. The emcee’s of the night, Jimmy Altman and Jenn Bernstein of FOX 61, brought energy to the over 450 Buddy Bash-ers in attendance. Honored that night were Dan Moore from Eversource and Anne Morris and Steve Turco from LEGO Community Fund U.S. Their generosity has been vital in Camp Courant’s success this year. And what’s a party without PowerStation? PowerStation Events really brought the party’s underwater theme to the next level.
